What info do I need to make an online payment to my account?

Below is information to complete the "Make a Payment" form online...

Can I make a payment after or before normal office hours?

Yes. There is a 24 hour drop box to the right of the VSCA Office entrance at Clubhouse 1 at 3001 East Village Road.

When is trash, recycling, bulk and yard waste picked up?

Mascaro is the trash pickup company for Hamlet.

Mascaro's phone is 800-432-1616.

Trash, Recycling & Bulk pickup is Monday.

NOTE: You must call ahead for Bulk Pickup.

Yardwaste pickup is Tuesdays (April 1 thru Dec 15)

How do I register a tenant?

Look in the Neighborhood Documents section of this site.

Review the "Off Site Owner" Info document for Lease Tenant Addendums (LTA).

Print out the LTA (Lease Tenant Addendum).

Print out a Pool Tag request form, if needed.

How do I order a ReSale Packet?

Once your unit is under contract to be sold you need to get the Office:

The 1st three pages of the agreement of sale.
The name, address, phone & fax for the Title Company and the Mortgage Company
A $200.00 check made out to VSCA

How do I get a questionnaire completed?

Fax, mail or deliver the questionnaire to the office.

Mail or deliver a $50.00 check payable to VSCA.

How do I get a copy of the Hamlet Insurance Policy?

Hamlet is insured by Erie Insurance, The Weimer Group.

Call them directly to get a copy of the Master Policy.

Who is Danella Realty and Management Company?

Mailboxes at Hamlet

TO: All Hamlet Residents FROM: Hamlet Board or Village Shires Management RE: Hamlet Mail Boxes We have contracted with a painter to refurbish and paint the mailboxes in Hamlet which has been completed. Recently, the boxes have been marked up with hand written house numbers on the street side exterior. This is considered defacing the boxes and we will be removing the numbers shortly, repainting those effected. We have contacted the post master and informed him of this incident. The current mail carrier (or their substitute) is aware of each resident's mail slot on the interior of the boxes so they do not need to know the house numbers on the exterior. As a reminder, the mailboxes are there solely for the purpose of delivering your mail and should not be used to post flyers for lost pets, advertised services, etc. If you have any questions or concerns with your mailbox please contact the management office. Thank you for helping to keep our neighborhood a pleasant and clean place to live.

Trash Time Change

Hamlet Trash Update: We recently updated the Hamlet Rules & Regulations to reflect a more reasonable time for trash to be put at curb-side. As you know in the colder months it starts getting dark earlier. Therefore, residents are now permitted to put their trash out no earlier than 5 pm the night before pick up. The time was previously 6 pm. A revised copy of the Rules & Regulations has been uploaded here on the website under "Community Documents".

Hamlet Trash Rules

Trash Removal, Recycling & Bulk pick up are on Tuesday in Hamlet. If Monday is a Holiday, pick up will be Wednesday. Yard waste pick up is on Wednesday (April 1st thru December 15th.).

Keep an eye out for children playing or riding bikes in yards, driveways or on the streets. We must all keep our eyes peeled for children as they may dart out between parked cars. Also, be especially careful anytime backing up.
